For the past 12 months, the residents of Alton and New Durham have worked with an environmental consultant to identify sources of pollution to the Merrymeeting River and make recommendations to mitigate these sources. This presentation will present the results of the watershed and water quality data analyses, and action plan for improving the water quality of the Merrymeeting River watershed, including its ponds, streams, and Lake Winnipesaukee.
